01. MY ORIGIN STORY
I’m Kaylee
I grew up in New Hampshire, adventuring forests, mountains, and lakes, and learning analog and digital photography from my dad.
Instilled with curiosity, I moved to Canada for journalism and met incredible people with stories to share. I fell in love with capturing these stories visually. Photojournalism, documentaries, concept videos, brand work and marketing, the magic of piecing fragments of audio and visuals together hooked me and I couldn't get enough.
02. SHE'S A (ROAD) WARRIOR
Life on the Road
Through work, I was incredibly fortunate enough to visit 25+ countries. I lost my best shoes to a Shenzhen typhoon; motorbiked Bali; celebrated independence in Warsaw; left a prized pastry from Portugal on my connecting flight in Istanbul (#StillDevastated); watched the sun rise over Angkor Wat; boondocked New Zealand; made wedding rings in Tokyo; and had the most exhausting and exciting time of my life. My love and I planned a wedding for 2020...
03. DOING LOVE OUR WAY
We eloped!
With family and friends on both sides of the USA-Canada border, which remained closed to non-essential travel for the summers of 2020 and 2021, we scrapped the traditional wedding venue plan and had our dream elopement in 2022 in one of our favourite places in the world: Yosemite National Park!

After a break from business to start a family, I fell hard for photography in a whole new way at seven months postpartum with my daughter. I started shooting weddings and families (with some dance clients on the side!) and it's been mesmerizing. I understand the value of capturing little hands, a shared beginning, and the promise of adventuring life together.
In this new season of my business, I'm taking a limited number of clients—mostly weddings—to receive my full attention, creativity, and promise to photograph your family as if they were my own.
